Commode, France, XIXe siècle

We are pleased to offer you a biedermeier chest of drawer. The furniture comes from france, and its construction time is dated in 1830. The structure was made of softwood, all veneered with mahogany pyramid veneer.  Chest of drawers with a beautiful, original white marble top, it is equipped with unique columns, decorated with brass decorations. It has undergone  a renovation process in our workshop, during which we repaired structural elements, completed cavities and repaired locks. Surface finished with shellac polish, applied by hand with a tampon, which, in addition to an excellent visual effect, protects and nourishes wood. The dresser is in very good condition, fully functional, ready to use.
